(8 characters maximum, including spaces). Other side of tag will feature your pet's photo and contact information. You can add 2 more lines of additional information, and add the words "Microchipped" and/or "Reward". **PLEASE NOTE: When you order this item, you are purchasing a PL8S 4 PETS(TM) kit, which is a prepaid order form that looks like a big postcard.
